BASES PROMO ANNIVERSARY ARACUMPLE3

1.Organizing Company.
The commercial company ARAJET, S.A., incorporated and organized in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, registered in the Commercial Registry under No. 102888SD and identified in the National Taxpayers Registry (RNC) under No. 1-31-09437-6, duly authorized as an airline operator in the Dominican Republic under Operating Permit No. DWIA027A, intends to conduct a public promotion to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). 

2. General Objective.
Present to the public a sales Promotion that will be in effect during the Promotional Period, as defined below. 

3. Specific Objective.
To offer Arajet's customers airline tickets at promotional prices during the Promotional Period, subject to the conditions detailed below (the "Promotion"). 

4. Dates of Celebration.
The Promotion will run from September 15, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. (Dominican Republic time) until September 20, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Dominican Republic time), this period constituting the “Promotional Period.” If, as a result of any event or justified cause, it is necessary to postpone or modify the Promotional Period, Arajet will make this known to the public in a timely manner and with the same degree of publicity as these Terms and Conditions. 

Customers flying to and from all our destinations may purchase Promotion tickets during the Promotional Period and fly from October 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026 (the “Availability Period”). Additionally, customers who purchase Promotion tickets may opt for up to fifty percent (50%) off the Promotion fare by using the promotional code “ARACUMPLE3” when making their reservation. 

5. Sales Portals; Scope.
The Promotion is directed to Arajet's customers, who may purchase flight tickets during the Promotional Period and to fly during the Availability Period, through Arajet's website (www.arajet.com) or by telephone (by calling 829-946-8284 for the Dominican Republic. Other countries at https://www.arajet.com/en/contact-us ) (the “Sales Channels”). 

6. Eligibility.
Participation in this Promotion is open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements of Arajet's terms and conditions set forth on the website www.arajet.com, section "Conditions of Carriage".  Such persons may purchase flight tickets from Arajet, to fly to and from the available destinations of the Promotion (the "Available Destinations"), to wit:

7. Participation Process.
During the Promotional Period, Arajet will offer a limited number of airline tickets per flight (see section 8) through its Sales Channels, which may be purchased at special prices (the “Promotional Fare”).  

When accessing their preferred sales platform and subject to the conditions described below, the Promotional Fare described in Annex I will apply to the customer. In the case of purchasing Promotion tickets by telephone, the Promotional Fare will have an additional charge of twenty United States dollars and 00/100 (US$20.00) per airline ticket. 

In addition to the above, Arajet offers an additional discount of up to fifty percent (50%) off the Promotional Fare, which the customer can access by using the promotional code “ARACUMPLE3” during the Promotional Period. 

8. Conditions of the Promotion.
The Promotional Fare will be available for a limited number of seats on each flight offered by Arajet during the Promotional Period, for the Availability Period, and to the Available Destinations. If the availability of the chosen flight or route allows, Arajet may, at its discretion, increase the number of seats available at the Promotional Fare on each flight to the Available Destinations. Passengers may also save up to 50% on the Smart, Comfort, or Extra fare by using the promotional code “ARACUMPLE3” on the base fare (taxes, fees, and charges not included). This discount may vary by fare class. 

The Promotion is subject to the following Conditions: 

- The Promotional Fare varies depending on the point of origin and destination (see Annex 1). It applies to the fare packages offered by Arajet Smart, Comfort, and Extra, in accordance with the details of said fare available at www.arajet.com.   

- The promotional code “ARACUMPLE3” applies for a discount of up to 50% on the Smart, Comfort, or Extra fare on top of the Promotional Fare (taxes, fees, and charges not included) for reservations applicable under the terms of the Promotion. 

- Any changes to flight reservations made under the Promotion will be subject to Arajet's modification and cancellation rules, available at www.arajet.com. 

- In the event of changes to the reservation, the customer acknowledges that the Promotional Fare may not be available and will therefore be responsible for covering the difference between the Promotional Fare and the fare available at the time of the change. 

- The customer is responsible for complying with any immigration or visa requirements necessary to enter the destination country for which they have purchased an airline ticket, as applicable. Failure to obtain the required immigration authorization or visa will not be considered a valid reason for canceling the reservation and will not result in a refund of the fares paid by the customer. 

- The Promotion is subject to all Arajet terms and conditions available at www.arajet.com, under the “Conditions of Carriage” section. 

9. Personal data protection.
The personal information required from the participants must be true and accurate, and the participant is responsible for the veracity of the same. Arajet is responsible for the processing of personal data. The personal information provided in the registration forms will be part of the database owned by Arajet and will be used to carry out this Promotion, as well as to carry out promotional, advertising and statistical activities through printed and/or televised media, digital media, including email and marketing actions.  

Likewise, the data provided will be used for the issuance of airline tickets and the presentation of the international passenger transportation service, in accordance with the limits of this promotion. This database will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the current data protection legislation applicable to the territory in which the present promotion is executed.  

Arajet will keep your data for an indefinite period until such time as the customer revokes his/her consent. Participants may at any time exercise their rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to their data, and may also exercise their right to revoke their consent through Arajet’s representatives by sending an email to hablemos@arajet.com. By participating in this Promotion, participants authorize and grant their consent for the transfer of their personal data to third party companies that are directly related to this promotion, such as Emarsys North America, Inc, domiciled in Indianapolis, United States. 

10. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
The simple fact of participating in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are available to the public on Arajet’s website Arajet. 

Arajet may modify the content of these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstance beyond its control, whether fortuitous or due to force majeure or the irregular activity of a participant or third party, without Arajet incurring in any liability whatsoever participants or third parties. If it does so, Arajet will make such modification of public knowledge in a timely manner and with the same degree of publicity as these Terms and Conditions.
